Peer Observation of Teaching in EFL Classrooms in Saudi Universities: Challenges and Applications

چکیده
This paper aims to analyze the kinds of peer observation teaching in Saudi English language institutes. The data revealed that three models are used: evaluative, developmental and collaborative. It was apparent evaluative model is dominant one. analysis results showed there a negative attitude toward Peer Observation Teaching (POT) among teachers. They do not welcome idea being monitored judged. authors realized institutes could enhance benefits POT by providing teachers with clear guidelines engaging them construction institutional policies other
